Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst/Engineer in Brazil to bridge data analytics, engineering, and business enablement in a fast-paced environment. You will design scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions with confidence.

Lead end-to-end analytics in Agile/Scrum teams, translate business needs into data solutions, and promote a data-driven culture across distributed teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics roles in IT.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and models with Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills, including regex usage.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with Jira.
• Advanced English (C1+), able to work with global stakeholders.
• Experience delivering analytics end-to-end in distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud data architecture is a plus.

This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, engineering, and business enablement within a fast-evolving, data-driven transformation environment. You will be responsible for turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly support operational and strategic decision-making. Working closely with distributed business and technical teams, you will design scalable analytical models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions with confidence. The environment is highly collaborative and international, requiring strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and communication skills. You will also play a key role in strengthening data culture across teams by promoting best practices in analytics, modeling, and interpretation. This is a hands-on senior position where your work will directly influence business performance, efficiency, and visibility across operations. The role combines technical depth with business proximity in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical models using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including advanced techniques such as regex, to support analytical workflows.
• Use Python for scripting, automation, and data processing tasks supporting analytics and reporting solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of analytical models through strong data modeling and engineering practices.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate analytical requirements.
• Act as a data advisor, guiding teams on data interpretation and promoting a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Manage end-to-end tasks in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics roles within IT environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and analytical models using Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and regex usage.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira.
• Advanced English (C1 level or higher), with ability to communicate independently with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Experience managing end-to-end analytical delivery in distributed team environments.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based data architecture is a plus (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake).
• Experience in logistics or supply chain domains is considered an advantage.
