Jobgether in Brazil is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across functions. You will develop dashboards, reports, and data analyses using SQL, Power BI, and data modeling to influence strategic decisions.

This role offers remote work for regions outside main offices, with a hybrid setup in Porto Alegre or São Paulo (two days in office). Strong analytical skills and collaboration are essential.

This is a senior-level Business Intelligence opportunity focused on transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
You will develop dashboards, reports, and data analyses while helping internal teams make smarter, more data-driven decisions.
The role combines advanced SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, and Power BI to deliver reliable and meaningful business intelligence solutions.
You will also monitor the quality, stability, and accuracy of reporting environments, ensuring consistency between transactional systems and BI data.
The position offers exposure to financial products and services within a collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
You will play an important role in strengthening a data-driven culture by helping teams understand and use information more effectively.
The position follows a remote model for professionals based outside the main office regions, while employees based in Porto Alegre or São Paulo work in a hybrid model with two office days per week.

Accountabilities:

• Develop dashboards and analytical reports using the organization’s BI tools, as well as perform ad hoc data analyses and investigations to provide reliable information for business decision-making.
• Automate, generate, and structure recurring reports, supporting internal teams in defining, monitoring, and improving operational and business performance indicators.
• Monitor the performance, stability, and data refresh processes of reports managed by the Business Intelligence team, validating consistency between transactional systems and BI datasets.
• Analyze and model data to transform complex information into clear and actionable insights that can support strategic and operational decisions across different business areas.
• Promote and strengthen a data-driven culture by encouraging teams to use information intelligently and incorporating data into everyday decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and BI processes.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language), including the ability to write complex queries, extract information from databases, analyze datasets, and prepare data for dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies and SQL-based programming environments, particularly SQL Server and PostgreSQL, as well as familiarity with MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of descriptive analysis, probability, statistical inference, bootstrapping, hypothesis testing, regression, modeling, and quantitative methods.
• Ability to model and abstract relational data structures, with a strong understanding of how data relationships can be organized to support analytical and reporting requirements.
• Strong experience with Power BI and the development of interactive dashboards that transform data into clear, useful business insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, supporting analysis, reporting, communication, and presentation activities.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, with an understanding of the business context in which financial data and performance indicators are generated and analyzed.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate business questions into structured data analyses and actionable insights.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different internal stakeholders and promote data-driven decision-making.
