DRB CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to oversee deployment of manpower and ensure works align with approved drawings, budgets, and timelines. You will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and address on-site technical issues to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk awareness, and clear communication with the project team; OT may be required based on site needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams on site.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities for manpower and materials.
• Proven project management experience with deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the manpower deployment required for site works.
• Ensure construction projects are completed per drawings within deadlines and budgets.
• Optimise utilization of manpower, materials and consumables on sites.
• Oversee works and resolve technical issues at construction sites.
• Ensure works comply with safe work procedures.
• Report progress to the project team.
• Full-time supervision at site; OT as required.
• Work on construction sites with on-site requirement-based overtime.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works.


• To ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget;


• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;


• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;


• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;


• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;


• Full time supervision at site.


• Working on construction site, could accept OT base on site requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.


• Experience in a similar role.


• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.


• Great leadership and organizational skills.


• Superb project management skills.


• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.


• Great written and verbal communication skills.


• A willingness to learn.
