SONG HE DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction operations in the North Region. This full-time role focuses on safety, schedule adherence and budget control while coordinating site personnel and contractors.

You will monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication. A strong track record in multi-site projects and CIDB/SSM certifications are desirable.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project supervision or site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
• Proven track record in managing multiple construction sites or large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Competency in site planning, resource management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and best practices in construction.
• Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in making decisions under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites in varying weather conditions.
• Relevant certifications such as CIDB registration, SSM/Safety Management qualifications or similar are highly desirable

Responsabilidades

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join SONG HE DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in the North Region.
