Yew Ann Construction Pte Ltd in the Região Norte region of Brazil seeks a Construction Supervisor with solid field experience to read drawings, support engineers and ensure project adherence to procedures, quality and safety standards.

You will lead workers and subcontractors, monitor progress, attend meetings and maintain site records while coordinating with the project team. Basic computer skills are required.

Qualificações

• Must read and interpret drawings and support engineers to identify issues.
• Ability to supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, specifications and safety requirements.
• Able to lead, motivate, manage and supervise workers and subcontractors.
• Must maintain accurate site records and report progress to the project team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

2.Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is required.

3.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

6.Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
