LEONG RENO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Architect/Construction Coordinator to oversee architectural works on site and coordinate subcontractors.

You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and liaise with client representatives, authorities and consultants to ensure smooth execution and compliance. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring progress, and handling technical on-site issues.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
