Job summary

S. Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Construction Site Administrator to support daily site operations and record keeping in Brazil's Norte region. You will coordinate manpower, track attendance and ensure safety compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a dynamic site environment. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site administration or coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Manage daily site administration and maintain proper site records.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor materials, equipment and delivery schedules.

• Assist in resolving site-related issues and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.
