Job summary

Xy F & S Builder is seeking an experienced road works supervisor cum RES to oversee on-site road construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and ensure materials meet specifications. You will prepare daily site reports, capture progress photos, take measurements, and monitor safety and quality.

Strong technical problem-solving, good communication, and the ability to attend meetings with site agents and subcontractors are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced road work supervisor cum RES.
• Strong technical knowledge to solve site issues.
• Attend site meetings with site agents and subcontractors.
• Check daily attendance and manage dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements
• Minimise material and manpower wastage
• Handle labour and supplier disputes
• Responsible for all issues concerned on-site and ad-hoc duties are requested.
