• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil or viaduct/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge in bridge/viaduct construction methodology.
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and LTA requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and supervise road widening, road realignment, and traffic diversion works in accordance with project requirements and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with approved plans.
• Oversee road diversion and traffic management works, ensuring compliance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and authority requirements.
• Monitor daily site operations, construction progress, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee utility diversion and protection works, including coordination with utility agencies and service providers.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination between different construction trades and disciplines.
• Rectify quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with WSH personnel to mitigate site risks and hazards.
• Assist in procurement planning and subcontractor management.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, approvals, and project tracking.
• Control and manage project manpower productivity and resource allocation.
