Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and submission procedures.
• Proficient in reviewing drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
