Job Mission
Responsible for coordinating and providing technical leadership for a portfolio of projects and the assigned team of systems developers—whether internal or external—with the goal of developing solutions to meet the needs of new projects and maintain existing systems. This involves administrative and operational systems for the company as a whole, with a focus on meeting the scope, costs, deadlines, and quality standards agreed upon with clients, as well as ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with the company’s technical standards and established governance guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with your assigned teams to identify and gather information from users/clients through interviews, meetings, and other related interactions, seeking to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements regarding system usage, as well as to receive specifications and architectural guidance for solutions, with the aim of planning and developing new projects and improvements to the maintenance of existing systems.
Receive and validate the proposed projects, verifying scope, technology, cost, and timeline by reviewing the submitted documentation, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback, as well as suggesting technical and strategic solutions and alternatives based on cost-benefit analysis, in order to develop a project that meets the established needs
Coordinate requests between internal teams and vendors’ IT consultants by monitoring their activities and performance to align the allocation of these resources with the prioritization of requests and the department’s planning.
Monitor, verify, and maintain the scope of the system/project to ensure that requirements are met, controlling changes throughout the project by approving detailed modifications, monitoring progress and development, and replanning actions as necessary.
Ensure adherence to the schedule by monitoring activities, ensuring alignment and commitment among all stakeholders, and submitting action plans to resolve issues as needed.
Monitor client approval at each project phase by providing support and validation at each stage and documenting client acceptance.
Monitor and validate the transition of projects to operations, seeking to minimize impacts through the involvement and alignment of the teams involved during all phases of the project.
Monitor the deployment of the developed system, guiding the installation on users’ machines, providing training on its operation, and assisting users as they begin using it.
Coordinate and ensure support services for the maintenance of operational systems in the event of more complex incidents.
