Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and managementof global IT security and compliance programs.
• Monitor and maintain Security & Compliance (S&C) KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing deviations to ensure targets are consistently met.
• Assist in aligning external audit scopewith business needs; participate in audit deficiency remediation and closure discussions.
• Develop, document, and enforce policies and proceduresto safeguard sensitive data, mitigate IT risks, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and auditsto identify vulnerabilities, assess controls, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsand partners to design and implement effective security controls, including access and vulnerability management.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and compliancethrough strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
