Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and managementof global IT security and compliance programs.
- Monitor and maintain Security & Compliance (S&C) KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing deviations to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Assist in aligning external audit scopewith business needs; participate in audit deficiency remediation and closure discussions.
- Develop, document, and enforce policies and proceduresto safeguard sensitive data, mitigate IT risks, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and auditsto identify vulnerabilities, assess controls, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsand partners to design and implement effective security controls, including access and vulnerability management.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and compliancethrough strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Preferred Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 3 - 5 yearsof experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management roles
- Professional certificationssuch asCISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar (highly desirable)
- Proven experience withSOx 404 complianceand other regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding ofindustry standards(e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Experience withITIL/COBITbest practices
