Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a seasoned Compensation leader to manage Executive Compensation, Short-Term and Long-Term Incentives across the organization. You will drive process improvements with Excel and Power BI, support board presentations, oversee regulatory reporting, and help shape market-aligned compensation policies.
Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure optimal structures and data-driven decision making.
Serve as the technical reference and be responsible for managing matters related to Compensation, Executive Compensation, Short-Term Incentives, and Long-Term Incentives across the organization
Enhance compensation practices by driving innovation in the area and aligning them with market best practices
Develop solutions focused on process optimization, the use of new technologies, and people development
Support requests related to preparing compensation materials for presentation at People Committee and Board of Directors meetings
Take responsibility for the reporting process to regulatory bodies (CVM)
Manage the processes for defining, granting, budgeting, provisioning, and settling the long-term incentive program
Prepare and participate in market trend surveys in the compensation area to support external competitiveness analyses and the definition of the company's compensation policies
Conduct job evaluations using the Korn Ferry (Hay Group) point-factor methodology
Map and assess people structures, management practices, and compensation policies during due diligence to support decision-making
Review and/or create, together with HR Business Partners and the requesting department, the organizational structure to ensure the optimal structure for the business
Demonstrates expertise in Executive Compensation and Long-Term Incentives, utilizing the Korn Ferry (Hay Group) point-factor methodology for job evaluations. Proficient in process optimization and the use of advanced tools like Excel and Power BI to enhance compensation practices and support decision-making.
