2. Responsibilities
  • Team Building and Empowerment: Assist Keeta in establishing a food delivery sales team in new cities, starting from scratch to drive business expansion. Conduct systematic training and empowerment to rapidly enhance team capabilities and achieve business goals.
  • System Development and Optimization: Establish and maintain effective communication channels within and outside the team. Continuously optimize operational mechanisms based on different business stages to strengthen professional expertise.
  • Cultural Integration and Team Building: Manage multicultural teams effectively and build high-performance teams aligned with the company's values.
  • Goal Setting and Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to assess, clarify work objectives, and set phased goals according to timelines.
  • Process Management and Tracking: Use SOP frameworks to ensure smooth frontline operations. Adjust strategies based on business progress to meet process requirements.
  • Outcome Achievement and Review: Ensure objectives are met, review work processes, explore efficiency improvements, and document insights for future work.
  • Time Management and Optimization: Prioritize and optimize time management based on role and circumstances.
3. Basic Requirements
  • Management Experience: Experience managing sales teams with outstanding recent performance.
  • Team Leadership Methods: Proven experience in leading teams to success, especially in overseas markets.
  • Experience Sharing: Willing to share work experiences and provide actionable suggestions for team improvement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan business and team development, identify root causes of challenges, and coordinate effectively across teams.
