• Familiar with TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs and VPNs.

China Mobile International Limited is looking for a dynamic and proactive IoT Solution Manager to join our São Paulo office. This role needs to work alongside account managers and supporting team to target customer opportunities using consultative skill to design solutions and sell CMI's products, meanwhile ensure service delivery. Besides, the successful candidate will use in-depth expertise to manage& administrate IP backbone circuits on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for IoT (Internet of Things) solutions and services development, CMP (Connectivity Management Platform) operations, and M2M solutions with primary focus on the Brazilian market. Support global connectivity solutions portfolio review, roadmap definition, new solution planning, and daily operations. Provide support to sales and cross-functional teams for both new and existing IoT solutions in Brazil.
• Manage relationships with Mobile Carriers (MNO/MVNO) in Brazil, aligned with global partnership strategies. Responsible for supplier ecosystem management and for establishing stable and long-term cooperative relationships with key local and global partners supporting the Brazilian operation.
• Support daily IoT projects in Brazil, handling end-to-end activities including customer communication, requirements analysis, supplier coordination, solution design, quotation preparation, and service delivery.
• Act as the main interface between the Brazilian operation and headquarters, and with regional offices when required, to align on key industry solutions - including but not limited to IoT, 5G and industry applications, and cloud network solutions - and to promote the localization, implementation, and replication of mature products and solutions within CMI Brazil.

Job Requirements:

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Work experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT-related industries, with solid knowledge of Planning, Control, Project Management, and Vendor Management.
• Professional skills: Strong knowledge of B2B IoT / M2M services, eSIM, CMP, and mobile network solutions. Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
