You will assess each case, adapt the approach based on debt age and customer's capacity, gather financial history, renegotiate according to policy, and monitor payment progress with precise record-keeping.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Experience in collections.
• Strong communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
