Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a Debt Negotiator to engage delinquent customers and negotiate outstanding debts using phone, email, and WhatsApp. You will manage portfolios, meet targets, and handle inbound inquiries while supporting in-store negotiations.

The role requires finance-related study or degree, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A proactive, organized, and collaborative approach is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsabilidades

• Contact delinquent customers to negotiate outstanding debts via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Monitor assigned portfolio to meet established targets, following negotiation policies and guidelines.
• Handle inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Provide support to stores for negotiating debts with delinquent customers who are present in-store.
• Record negotiation details and customer interactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
