Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to develop collection strategies for diverse customer profiles and delinquency stages. You will analyze portfolio performance, define segments and policies, and run experiments to optimize channels and outcomes.

You will monitor metrics like roll rate, cure rate, and recovery, translate insights into actionable tactics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong analytical background and experience with A/B testing are essential.

Requirements

• Experience in collections strategy or credit recovery
• Analytical experience focused on decision-making (defining policies, segmentations, or strategies)
• Familiarity with credit/collections metrics (e.g., roll rate, cure rate, recovery)
• Experience with A/B testing or analyses for outcome optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related)
• Not required, but a plus:
  • Experience with credit card portfolios
  • Knowledge of the credit lifecycle and customer behavior
  • Experience with collections channels and multichannel strategy
  • Knowledge of Central Bank regulations
  • Experience in financial companies, fintechs, or banks
