Tata Consultancy Services, a leading IT services company, seeks a Clinical Data Configuration Specialist - FSP to configure study-level clinical data extractions and transfers across data sources. You will collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and align with partner specifications.

The role requires 3+ years in EDC build/data management and strong programming skills in SQL/SAS/R/Python. Knowledge of SDTM and data transfer standards is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Biostatistics/Math/Biology or related health field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with EDC build/data management or EDC extraction/configuration.
• Strong knowledge of data transfer specifications and clinical data flow (CDMS, vendor devices, CDR).
• Familiarity with data cleaning tools such as Veeva CDB, JReview, Elluminate.
• Strong clinical trial terminology and data transfer specification knowledge; understanding of SDTM.
• Familiarity with XMLs, APIs, MDR (preferred), and ETL/ELT experience.
• Programming knowledge in SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Experience with R Shiny and/or Python application development.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and time management.

We are looking for Clinical Data Configuration Specialist - FSP who wants to learn and transform his career.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Data Configuration Specialist sits within R&D's Testing, Innovation, and Data Enablement organization and supports clinical study execution by configuring study-level clinical data extractions, transformations, visualizations, and transfers across multiple data sources in alignment with Data Transfer Agreements and partner specifications.

This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (including data engineers) to confirm requirements, formats, and delivery frequency, and ensures accurate, high-quality, on-time data deliverables that meet specifications and industry standards, while contributing to team standards, best practices, and quality oversight activities as needed.

Configure study-level clinical data extractions, transformations, and transfers across multiple data sources per Data Transfer Agreement and partner specifications.

Partner closely with internal/external stakeholders (including data engineers) to align on transfer requirements, formats, and delivery frequency.

Ensure high-quality, accurate, on-time deliverables that meet specifications and industry standards/ways of working.

Support standards and best practices by contributing to development and maintenance of transfer specifications and related training.

Perform or assist with quality review of vendor-performed transfer/configuration activities as needed.

Complete other assigned duties within timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics, Biology, or related health field, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with EDC build/data management or EDC extraction/configuration.
• Strong knowledge of data transfer specifications and clinical data flow (CDMS, vendor devices, CDR).
• Familiarity with data cleaning tools such as Veeva CDB, JReview, and Elluminate.
• Strong clinical trial terminology and data transfer specification knowledge; understanding of SDTM.
• Familiarity with XMLs, APIs, MDR (preferred), and ETL/ELT experience.
• Programming knowledge in one or more of the following: SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Experience with R Shiny and/or Python application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and ask questions when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
