Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil (São Paulo) is seeking a Project Analyst who can support the recruiting and onboarding processes, handle reports, and coordinate with managers and teams.

You will work in a dynamic, inclusive environment with opportunities to develop skills, participate in high-volume hiring, and contribute to KPIs while using advanced Excel for analytics.

Qualificações

• Experience executing and managing administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently.

• Profile alignment;

• Candidate relationship management;
• Preparing reports and tracking indicators (KPIs);
• Supporting new hire onboarding;
• Introducing new hires to initial system access, benefits, etc.;
• Requesting laptops for new hires.
