Tata Consultancy Services in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join a global IT services leader. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling and drive integration with SD, MM, and external systems.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, strong FI/CO expertise, intercompany skills, and Agile project management.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including leadership roles such as Solution Architect or Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven track record designing and implementing SAP solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with intercompany processes and related financial impacts.
• Experience handling interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems using IDocs.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points across SD, MM, and Finance processes.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with MS Visio and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial and operational processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives across Finance and Controlling processes.
• Manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and external systems, ensuring end-to-end process consistency.
• Work on integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business analysts.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and operational standards.
• Support the resolution of critical incidents.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience with intercompany processes and related financial impacts.
• Experience handling interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems using IDocs.

• Experience with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience with Advanced Intercompany STO processes.
• Experience with subcontracting processes.
• Experience with integration across TM, EWM, and FI/CO.
• Knowledge of Focus Build and Solution Manager (SolMan) processes.
