TATA Consultancy Services in Brazil is hiring a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery and coach distributed teams toward high performance. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, help the team remove impediments, and partner with the Product Owner to keep a clear, value-focused backlog.

Expect a collaborative environment that rewards continuous improvement, metrics-driven delivery, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Proven experience operating in high-pressure or high-change environments.
• Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping.
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience in Cybersecurity domain.
• Experience in data analytics, metric reporting is a plus.
• Experience leading Dashboard Visualization teams and familiarity with PBI, Tableau.
• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Mandatory Skills
