NATRAHEA is seeking a Sales Specialist in Singapore to drive consultations and sales for healthcare services. You will explain service benefits to patients and tailor solution packages to individual needs, coordinating with the Specialist and Therapist to ensure optimal care.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, addressing complaints, and maintaining daily sales reports while engaging customers across Parkway Parade and other outlets.

Qualificações

• Strong sales drive with ability to present benefits clearly.
• Excellent consultation and patient interaction skills.
• Able to understand medical terms and communicate in English.

Job Scope:

1. Provide consultation and in-depth explanation of our services and its benefits to patients/customers.

2. Be ever ready to provide different solution package for different patients/customers

3. Work hand in hand with our Specialist and Therapist to provide the best care for our patients/customers.

4. Handle appointment bookings, complaints and daily sales report.

Requirement:

1. Be knowledge hungry

2. Experience in healthcare of similar industry is a bonus

3. Experience as a Consultant is greatly beneficial

4. Able to converse in english and have initiatives to learn specific medical terms.

Location: Parkway Parade (Priority), and 6 other outlets across Singapore.
