Allied Search Pte. Ltd. in Brazil is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure workflow adherence, and support audit activities.

You will lead, train, and evaluate clinic assistants, manage scheduling and leave, and assist with hiring. You will coordinate with labs, radiology, and suppliers, optimize inventory and reduce waste, while collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic/healthcare operations.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage scheduling, rostering, timesheets and leave.

• Work with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and support operations initiatives.

Requirements:
