Fortrea is seeking a curious, innovative Clinical Operations professional to lead and support operational activities, while driving process improvement, technology adoption, and operational excellence across projects.

In this role you will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage systems and automation, coach and mentor teams, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, or related healthcare/life sciences environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Interest in technology, innovation, digital solutions, and process automation.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, innovative, and forward-thinking professional to join our Clinical Operations team.

In this role, you will lead and support operational activities while helping drive process improvement, technology adoption, and operational excellence. Beyond traditional clinical operations responsibilities, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage systems and automation, and enhance the way teams work.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to improve operational performance.
