We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead organizational transformation by enabling positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring. This role is key to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency. We are seeking a people-oriented leader (empathetic, supportive, and nurturing) who can guide employees at all levels to adapt to and embrace change with confidence.

Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and supervise organisational changes
• Perform key roles in the change management process, which include strategizing to reduce expenses, boost revenue and amplify efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes and find solutions to bridge the gaps in these systems
• Ensure that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategy
• As a change management lead, track the progress of the new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders.
• Deal with resistance from employees and staff members by anticipating the tension while developing the proposed changes.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field of study
• English Advanced (B2-C1)
• +8 years of experience
• Prior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration or a similar field
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable).
• CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification
• Experience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution.
• Nice to have- Experience with Kronos.
