Operating in a financial services environment undergoing significant transformation, our client is a multinational organization with a strong presence across Latin America, combining global governance with local market expertise and long-standing relationships with strategic partners. As the company advances its strategic agenda and strengthens its regional leadership structure, it is seeking a new CEO LATAM to lead the business across the region, ensuring the effective execution of its strategy while fostering sustainable growth, commercial excellence and organizational evolution.

As CEO LATAM, you will have the mandate to lead the regional business, balancing commercial performance, profitability, risk discipline and organizational development. Your challenge will be to strengthen the regional leadership team, deepen relationships across the banking, leasing and vendor finance ecosystem, accelerate operational and digital transformation, and ensure that the different markets remain aligned with the broader strategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Latin American business, ensuring the achievement of commercial, profitability and overall performance objectives across the region;
• Drive the execution of the regional strategy in alignment with global corporate priorities, promoting integration, consistency and effective decision-making across markets;
• Strengthen the regional leadership structure by developing senior executives, fostering high-performing teams and building a sustainable talent and succession pipeline;
• Ensure a strong risk and compliance culture, maintaining disciplined decision-making and adherence to corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements;
• Develop organizational, operational and digital transformation initiatives, enhancing efficiency, scalability and the maturity of the regional platform;
• Enhance strategic relationships across the banking, leasing and vendor finance ecosystem, identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s commercial positioning and long-term partnerships;
• Represent the organization before key stakeholders and regulatory authorities, reinforcing institutional credibility and alignment with the regional and global leadership.

Requirements:

• Solid senior leadership experience in the banking, leasing or vendor finance sectors, with a proven track record in regional business management and P&L accountability;
• Strong experience in commercial leadership, people development, change management, risk governance and operational and digital transformation within financial services;
• Fluent English, with Spanish fluency desirable, and the ability to operate effectively within a multinational and multicultural environment;
• Availability for regional and international travel.
