Position Overview:

We are looking for an SAP Sales Executive & Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established global consultancy expanding its presence across Latin America.

The role involves planning and executing sales activities, identifying new clients, and building and developing sales of SAP services to medium and large corporations. The candidate will develop relations within the SAP market in the region and work closely with our Managing Director LATAM and global SAP experts to deliver projects and managed services with offshore or hybrid delivery models.

Unlike traditional consulting sales teams that focus on understanding client needs and positioning offerings as solutions, GyanSys aims to redefine needs and possibilities, inspiring organizations to drive change.

Ideal candidates are deep technology generalists with a strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, CRM, etc., who advocate for their clients and focus on building long-lasting relationships. They should be curious, team-oriented, and driven to make a significant impact on company and client success.

You will expand GyanSys' relationships with SAP by engaging directly with their enterprise sales teams.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Building and developing relations within the SAP market in the region
  2. Planning and taking responsibility for new logo acquisition and new business development
  3. Building pipeline and following up on sales leads
  4. Developing ideas, creating offers, and value propositions, working closely with global experts
  5. Working on large deals, hunting, and bid processes for targeted customers
  6. Executing internal/external marketing activities and conducting research for business development
  7. Traveling for sales activities and building personal relationships with prospects and customers

What you bring to be successful:

  1. 5-15 years of experience selling consultancy services and solutions for SAP
  2. Experience as a hunter/farmer for mid-enterprise customers
  3. Existing relationships with IT Directors and C-level executives
  4. Knowledge and ability to offer offshore & hybrid delivery models
  5. Business fluency in Spanish and English
