We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the iGaming Market, preferably located in Brazil, or within LatAm.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the region. You will play a key role in negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Lead the development of new business opportunities in the region - Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, operators, and business partners in the iGaming sector.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our product offering and client base, aligning with company goals and regional market demands.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms with partners and vendors. Understand legal and regulatory nuances specific to targeted markets to ensure compliance.
Conduct detailed market analysis and competitive benchmarking to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the targeted region.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company’s brand and services, while networking and building industry connections.
Set and achieve aggressive revenue and performance targets while driving new customer acquisition and retention
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development within the iGaming industry
Solid understanding of iGaming operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese and Spanish (nice to have)
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Demonstrated success in negotiating complex business deals and contracts.
Highly driven with the ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
