A Tata Consultancy Services Brasil procura um Analista de Negócios para transformar necessidades em requisitos claros para a squad, definindo hipóteses de benefício, critérios de aceitação e user stories com foco no usuário. O profissional atuará com backlog, DoR/DoD e alinhamento com o PO e Product Manager, assegurando entregas de alta qualidade.

É exigida experiência de 3+ anos, conhecimento de SQL, JIRA/Confluence, e prática com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).

Qualificações

• Requisitos: mínimo 3 anos como analista de negócios.
• Conhecimento de práticas de backlog e critérios de aceitação.
• Inglês técnico para documentação.
• Experiência com mapeamento de jornadas do cliente e CX.
• SQL para consultas ad-hoc e análise de dados.
• Experiência com gestão de backlog e planos de release; métricas.
• Prática com frameworks ágeis (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) e ferramentas Jira/Confluence.
• Modelagem de dados, data warehousing e pipelines de dados.

Responsabilidades

• Traduzir necessidades do usuário em requisitos detalhados para a squad.
• Definir hipóteses de benefício e critérios de aceitação testáveis.
• Escrever user stories claras com critérios de aceitação (BDD/Gherkin).
• Usar dados para influenciar decisões de produto e planos aprovados.
• Alinhar backlog com prioridades de negócio com PO e Product Manager.
• Manter trabalho 2–3 sprints adiantado e garantir DoR/DoD.
• Participar de refinamentos com a squad e com o Scrum Master.
• Gerenciar dependências entre produtos e equipes; coordenação com PO.
• Identificar incertezas, propor alternativas e gerenciar spikes.
• Comunicar visão do produto e melhorias de UX; apoiar UAT quando necessário.

We are looking for a Business Analyst.

In this role you will:

• Own translation of user needs into detailed, ready-to-build requirements for the squad.
• Define and document benefit hypotheses and testable acceptance criteria for backlog features.
• Write clear, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria using BDD/Gherkin, user-centric principles and INVEST.
• Use quantitative data to influence product decisions and operationalize PO-approved plans.
• Partner with the PO to ensure backlog alignment with business priorities (PO retains final prioritization, scope changes and release sign-off).
• Keep work 2–3 sprints ahead of the squad; ensure each feature meets DoR and DoD and is sprint-ready.
• Partner with the Scrum Master to assess team capacity, participate in rituals, and help define DoR/DoD.
• Facilitate and lead refinement sessions with the squad.
• Map and manage interdependencies across products and teams; coordinate with PO and Product Manager.
• Identify key unknowns, propose alternatives, and manage spikes within sprints to reduce risk.
• Communicate product vision and functional intent to developers and testers; drive improvements to user experience.
• Communicate risks and impediments; support trade-offs and ROAM-based decision making with the PO.
• Document confirmed business processes as authoritative references for stakeholders (end users, development, IT support).
• Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with PO, SM, QA/TQ and the squad to mitigate them.
• Support and/or facilitate system demos (inspect-and-adapt) as needed.
• Support UAT activities as required (write scripts and/or guide business users on test execution), depending on the product.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as Business Analyst.
• Proven knowledge of product and industry best practices.
• Strong technical written and verbal English; comfortable with technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.
• Intermediate SQL for ad-hoc queries and data analysis.
• Experience managing product backlogs and release plans; tracking team metrics and removing blockers.
• Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Data warehousing, Data lakes, Data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of business processes and high-quality digital product delivery.
• Nice to have: IIBA (business analysis) or PSPO/CSPO (Product Owner) certifications — PSPO/CSPO useful if the candidate may act as an ad-hoc deputy PO.
