The role combines product analysis, backlog management, and agile ownership across stakeholders, engineers, and Product Managers.

The ideal candidate translates business needs into actionable requirements, maintains a healthy backlog, and drives alignment to OKRs and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Admin, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Product Analyst, BA, PO, or similar role.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience managing or supporting product backlogs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Product Analyst / Product Owner to support a High Performing Team (HPT) in delivering business value through technology solutions. This role combines product analysis, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, and agile product ownership responsibilities.

The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and Product Managers to translate business needs into actionable requirements, maintain a healthy product backlog, and support the successful delivery of product increments. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding, customer focus, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:
