Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator/Modeller to develop, coordinate, and manage M&E BIM deliverables using Autodesk Revit MEP. The role ensures model integration, clash detection, and digital project delivery across the project lifecycle, working closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline, with at least 5 years as BIM Modeller and 2 years as BIM Coordinator in Singapore.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Min 5 years as BIM Modeller and 2 years as BIM Coordinator in Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• BIM certification in Revit MEP and/or BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, BIM workflows, construction methodologies, and coordination processes.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects and BIM implementation from tender stage through project completion.
• Good communication and coordination skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight project timelines.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).

Job description

The BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller is responsible for the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) deliverables for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems. The role ensures the accurate production and integration of BIM models in compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Working closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors, the incumbent will support design coordination, clash detection, construction planning, and digital project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain M&E BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.

• Prepare and update coordinated 2D shop drawings, 3D models, and as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection, working closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design conflicts.

• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company BIM standards, and client specifications.

• Relevant BIM certification in Revit MEP and/or BIM coordination will be an advantage.
