Strader Consult Pte.Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Lead to drive implementation and coordination of BIM across engineering and infrastructure projects. You will develop BEPs, standards, workflows and requirements, while managing multidisciplinary BIM models and model federation to ensure clash detection and quality deliverables.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients to resolve BIM and design issues, reviewing models for compliance and guiding BIM

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, BIM/Digital Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably in infrastructure or engineering consultancy projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Good experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection and model management
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, ACC/BIM 360 or other CDE platforms is advantageous
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and submission requirements is preferred
• Good communication, coordination and team management skills
