• Manage the day-to-day administration of corporate benefits offered to employees, including transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food vouchers, medical and dental plans, including employee enrollment, maintenance, and changes


• Review and validate invoices, identifying potential discrepancies and ensuring accurate supplier billing


• Monitor the benefits billing process, ensuring deadlines are met and benefits are properly made available to employees


• Perform reviews and reconciliations between internal databases and systems


• Assist and advise employees on questions regarding benefit usage, eligibility, deductions, and policies


• Collaborate with the Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and supplier teams to ensure information is integrated and processes are executed accurately

Requirements

• College degree in progress or completed


• Previous experience managing employee benefits
