Jobtailor is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and optimize employee benefits in São Paulo. You will oversee eligibility, enrollment, communications, and compliance, delivering accurate reports and metrics on utilization.

You will analyze programs, negotiate with providers, and partner with HR to align benefits with business goals. The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree, technical training or equivalent, solid Excel skills, and proven experience in benefits management.

• Ability to negotiate with suppliers/providers.
