Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Commercial Management, Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related fields.
• 2–4 years in benefits operations, preferably in brokerage, consultancy or health insurer.
• Demonstrates expertise in managing corporate benefits contracts and client support with strong communication.

• Log, track and resolve received requests.
• Guide HR representatives and employees on operational procedures.
• Open and follow up on protocols with insurers/providers.
• Support reimbursement and authorization processes.
• Intervene and negotiate with insurers in more complex cases.
• Monitor operational pending issues.
• Track requests through a management system or spreadsheets when necessary.
• Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure records and request histories are kept up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in benefits operations, preferably at an insurance brokerage, benefits consultancy or health insurer.
