Jobtailor is seeking a motivated benefits support specialist in São Paulo to provide consultative assistance on health plans and related programs.

You will resolve issues with health services, provider networks, authorizations, and reimbursements, while guiding employees on best practices for using their benefits. The role requires collaboration with insurers and vendors and a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in the office weekly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
• Experience in direct beneficiary/customer service.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (in-office 2 days per week).
• Knowledge of Qbem/Eb systems (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative support to employees regarding the use of the health plan and related benefits
• Assist in resolving issues related to the use of health services, provider network, authorizations, reimbursements and releases
• Advise employees on processes, coverages, programs and best practices for using benefits
• Interface with insurers, brokers and vendors to monitor and resolve requests
• Monitor critical cases and ensure follow‑up until resolution
• Support employee experience initiatives related to health and wellbeing
• Provide support and share case updates with the internal relationship team, keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the employee experience
