We are seeking professionals to perform the following activities:

1. Make phone contacts with financed individuals to negotiate agreements, including sending boleto, suggesting renegotiation, or arranging amicable solutions;
2. Perform contract collections to meet individual targets while ensuring the best customer service;
3. Request and send boleto bancário via system;
4. Conduct searches to locate financed individuals when necessary;
5. Record negotiation details accurately in the system;
6. Follow the standard script for customer service;
7. Monitor and control formalized agreements;
8. Perform payment calculations and renegotiation simulations;

We are looking for professionals who possess:

1. Complete High School Education;
2. Good communication skills;
3. Proficiency with computers;
