GEP, a global procurement and supply chain solutions firm, is seeking a recruitment specialist for its São Paulo and LATAM regions. You will interview, test, and refer applicants for administrative, technical, and management roles, aligning profiles with business needs.

You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, screen candidates by phone, and collaborate with leaders to develop high-quality hiring strategies. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• End-to-end recruitment knowledge from profile alignment to onboarding.
• Experience with phone screening and proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with procurement and/or IT profiles is a plus.
• Strong Boolean search skills for talent discovery.
• Experience using ATS tools such as ICMS, Gupy, HireBridge, or SuccessFactors.
• Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company in Sao Paulo and other LATAM regions
• Follow up with the related administrative aspects of employment, such as notifying the appropriate departments of employee's starting date
• Completion of weekly report on recruiting activity
• Consult with internal business leaders to identify needs and create high quality recruiting solutions for positions
• Assist with development of recruiting strategies to fill positions through direct recruiting
• Build a pipe line of candidate resources and work with the recruitment manager to support the growth of the company
  

What Should You Bring

• Recruitment knowledge End-to-end process (from profile alignment, identification of area needs, preparation of job description, interviews (screening + cultural fit + skills) to onboarding);
• Knowledge of phone screening and hunting with LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Knowledge with procurement and/or IT profiles is a plus;
• Boolean search expertise;
• Knowledge of recruitment management tools ATS (ICMS, Gupy, HireBridge, SuccessFactors, etc);
• Proficient in executing Diversity and Inclusion strategies;
• English advanced - Spanish is a plus.
