GEP in Brazil is seeking an Associate Solution Design (Software) to research prospective clients, gather business context, and support demonstrations with aligned datasets. You will grow foundational Solution Design capabilities, contribute to discovery sessions, and document assumptions and open questions, while aligning with approved templates and confidentiality requirements.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Foundational understanding of procurement, technology, and business processes.
  • Professional English proficiency; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

  • Research prospective clients, industries, business models, and procurement challenges.
  • Support opportunity preparation and internal planning activities.
  • Gather and organize information required for discovery sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain opportunity documentation and supporting materials.
  • Document assumptions, information gaps, open questions, decisions, and follow-up items.
  • Prepare demonstration environments and datasets using approved guidance.
  • Validate assigned scenarios before demonstrations and support testing and quality checks.
  • Deliver assigned portions of standard demonstrations after preparation and review.
  • Support customer-facing sessions and incorporate feedback into future revisions.
  • Complete assigned research and solution-support activities accurately and on time.
  • Follow established templates, processes, confidentiality requirements, and approved sources.
  • Apply feedback consistently and demonstrate continuous learning across procurement, product, and Solution Design topics.

Growth Opportunity: Candidates will have opportunities to strengthen their foundational Solution Design capabilities and progress toward ownership of clearly defined activities with decreasing supervision. As an Associate, you will:

  • Build knowledge across procurement processes, product capabilities, discovery, demonstrations, and solution documentation.
  • Increase your contribution during discovery sessions by identifying information gaps and relevant business context.
  • Progress from assigned demonstration segments toward preparing and delivering standard demonstration scenarios.
  • Strengthen your ability to connect documented business requirements to standard product capabilities.
  • Develop accurate first-draft solution and RFP content for review.
  • Improve the consistent documentation of assumptions, dependencies, risks, and open questions.
  • Build sound judgment, reliability, and confidence within assigned responsibilities.
  • Contribute reusable research, documentation, testing materials, and demonstration assets to the team.
What Should You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Interest in Solution Design, presales, procurement, consulting, business analysis, or enterprise software.
  • Foundational understanding of business processes, procurement, technology, or customer-facing work.
  • Ability to research, organize, and summarize information accurately.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, templates, and quality standards.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to learn from feedback and coaching.
  • Ability to manage assigned activities reliably under close guidance.
  • Interest in developing presentation, demonstration, and customer-engagement skills.
  • Professional English proficiency. Spanish is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
