Job summary

Shopee is looking for an Associate Counsel to join our Brazil, Sao Paulo office. You will be part of the commercial contracts team handling a range of agreements and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, fluent in English, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to provide sound legal and commercial judgment within a dynamic team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position should be a qualified lawyer with 3 - 6 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm or in-house company. Experience reviewing commercial leases would be advantageous. The candidate must speak fluent English, enjoy working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment, show excellent legal and commercial judgment, be a good team player and be highly efficient and hardworking.
