Quantum Automation Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional in Brazil's Norte region to develop new business opportunities for BMS and energy-management solutions. The role focuses on engaging M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and system integrators, driving quotations, tenders and project follow-ups.

You will identify early opportunities, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E, Mechanical, Building Automation or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience for Assistant Sales Manager; more experienced candidates considered for Sales Manager.
• Good knowledge of BMS and ACMV/HVAC.
• Experience in M&E construction, BMS, building automation, smart building or system integration preferred.
• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good technical and commercial understanding.
