Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop the overall delivery plan for mobile robot projects, track the schedule, and promptly correct deviations.
- 2. Lead on-site project delivery, provide AGV on-site implementation and technical support services to customers, and facilitate project acceptance.
- 3. Track, report, and coordinate the resolution of on-site product and technical issues; under the guidance of the technical team, quickly solve customer problems when using AGV products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- 4. Based on customer needs, provide corresponding training and support regarding product technical parameters, product performance, product operation, etc.
- 5. Collaborate with regional sales to be responsible for pre-sales product function demonstrations, technical communication, and competitive comparisons, as well as during/after-sales installation, testing, and handling of abnormal issues.
- 6. Responsible for customer on-site business operations and after-sales training.
- 7. Cooperate in equipment factory inspection to ensure shipment quality.
- 8. Manage project process documentation, collect, compile, and output relevant documents, regularly conduct project summaries and experience sharing.
- 9. Identify and control project risks, coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate efficient project collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Communication, or related fields.
- 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on ability, and adaptability.
- 3. Proactive, with strong stress tolerance, organizational coordination, and communication skills.
- 4. Good learning ability and team spirit.
- 5. Willing to be stationed overseas or take long-term business trips; overseas work experience preferred.
- 6. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
