Job Description
1.Promote and sell company products to achieve assigned sales target within the assigned area by increasing brand awareness and providing general support such as answering inquiries and providing professional advice to customers
2.Identify and develop new partners (distributors) or existing ones in the assigned region - Define and carry out channel short- and long-term strategies to grow the business -Promote co-marketing opportunities with partners
3.Support the distributor to participate in tenders or offers - Identifying and engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
4.Effectively demonstrate and present company products, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and undertake relevant research to meet both the clinical and business needs of customers.
5.Work together with other functions to present Rejoin in professional fairs, exhibitions and conferences.
6.Provide company management with market trends and competitive field activity information enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions.
7.Report feedback in overall customer experiences - Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks; such as weekly reports, analyzer forecasts, CRM updates, and expense reports.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
-Cultural Familiarity: Strong understanding and familiarity with Latin American culture.
-Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus,willinggness to learn Chinese is appreciated.
-Location: Ability to be based long-term in the Latin American market.
-Sales Passion: Demonstrated enthusiasm and drive for sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-Sales and Marketing Skills: Experience in promoting and selling products, increasing brand awareness, and providing customer support.
