We are seeking an individual with strategic Sales experience who is used to work as Director/ Senior Manager level in the Brazil to join our high growth, fast paced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales strategy to meet the company goal and objective.
- Attend meeting to discuss sales plans for product portfolio in line with the agreed marketing plan with other departments.
- Monitor market trend and provide in-depth sights for Brazil Sales team in strategize Sales activities.
- Prepare annual expense budget report and propose adjustment of the budget implementation.
- Develop business relationship with existing and new customers to identify potential opportunities within the key territories for sales optimization.
- Communicate with related marketing personnel in other regions and head Quarters regarding global or localized business opportunity and brainstorming on the sales strategies.
- Knowledge in selling, negotiation and commercial awareness.
- Thorough Product knowledge.
- Advanced analytical, interpersonal and people management skills
- Thorough understanding of the trade, prescribers and dispensers.
- Understanding of the political, socio-economic environment.
- Countrywide territorial knowledge.
- Negotiation Skills and Presentation Skills.
Requirements:
- At least ten years in sales experience and no less than three to five years in positions like National Sales Manager or BU Director in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge and experience in Respiratory and /or Derma therapeutic lines.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA studies are preferred.
