The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel frequently. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets in a competitive industry.

New Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT service solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving concrete results in : Banking, Financial Service sector.
  • Strong ability to hunt for new customers and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Background in IT services or related field.
  • Background in Financial Service sector or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Readiness to travel of over 50% or more.
  • A hands-on executive who will successfully assimilate into the corporate culture and become involved as a member of the high-performing team.
  • A professional whose credibility and expertise can gain immediate acceptance and respect within the organization.
  • A professional who has the interpersonal skills, consultative approach, services and industry expertise to build the reputation and productivity of the team.
  • A strong leader who can develop teamwork.
  • Comfort level in a results-oriented yet team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • High performance expectations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
