Location: São Paulo

As a Sales Leader, you will manage and develop a team of Account Executives. Your responsibilities include participating in and leading client and prospect meetings, collaborating with stakeholders and corporate resources, and mentoring your sales team through recruiting, hiring, and training on sales processes. You will report on sales activities and forecasts to senior management.

  • Support and guide your team by leading client and prospect meetings and engaging corporate resources as needed.
  • Develop a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Coach your team on strategies to achieve sales wins.
  • Provide accurate sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor sales activities and track results.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives.
  • Drive customer awareness and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns.
  • Engage with C-level executives in enterprise customer organizations.
  • Manage significant client escalations and issues effectively.
  • Develop corporate relationships and engage executives to support success.
