Amazon Logistica do Brasil is seeking an Area Manager to supervise a reverse logistics site, drive data-driven decision-making, and lead a team through 24/7 operations. The role emphasizes hands-on management, coaching, and continuous process optimization to meet quality and operational metrics.
You will manage RMA processing, asset recovery, and vendor returns while ensuring safety, standards, and a high-performance culture across day and night shifts.
We are seeking a results-oriented Area Manager to supervise daily operations at our reverse logistics site. This role requires a data-driven professional who is focused on process execution and continuous improvement while demonstrating strong people leadership. The ideal candidate will show capabilities that raise the bar, combining hands‑on operational management with team development and process optimization.
As an Area Manager, you will directly supervise a team of associates responsible for processing returned items, vendor returns, and asset recovery operations. You'll ensure your team executes RMA processing, failure analysis, sorting, and vendor management activities while meeting quality standards and operational metrics. This role demands someone who can lead by example on the floor, make quick decisions to resolve issues, and develop team members in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
This position requires flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts with 11-hour shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed to support continuous operations.
This position is designed for emerging leaders ready to take ownership of team performance and operational outcomes. You'll be expected not only to supervise daily activities but also optimize workflows, use data to drive decisions, and develop your team members' capabilities. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, solve problems independently, and demonstrate the data-driven, people-oriented leadership that defines Amazon's operational excellence — all while maintaining high standards across demanding 12‑hour shifts in a 24/7 environment.
