Job Summary

An experienced technical professional who provides internal and external support in the development and application of products, processing techniques, and problem resolution. Responsible for planning project approaches, formulating work plans, and supporting sales by demonstrating technical application knowledge of products and solutions to customers. Troubleshoots service, delivery, and customer application issues. Conducts laboratory analyses of enzymes and feed ingredients for animals, and supports research and development by assessing data and building spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or MSc with relevant academic background/work experience, or equivalent.
• Relevant courses: Animal Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Engineering.
• Intermediate to fluent English proficiency.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good communication skills.
