Position Overview

The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, supporting the applications and field services team, and promoting our solutions. The FAS must perform at a high level to ensure excellent delivery and support marketing and commercial strategies.

This role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and offers flexibility to work remotely, in the office, or on-site at customer locations. Our vision at Beckman Coulter is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

Team and Reporting Structure

You will be part of the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your key responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction for pre-sales and post-sales services, delivering technical support, and helping customers meet their business challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class Field Application Specialists organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Act as a focal point for product-related issues and strategic support in decision-making.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Beckman Coulter and customers, including supporting marketing efforts with new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Lead ongoing education for customers, supporting scientific publications, and highlighting our services as a market differentiator.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and >3 years in clinical analysis laboratory workflows, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, preferably with Beckman Coulter or similar products.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker preferred.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training and customer service, primarily face-to-face interactions.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
